City of East Lansing Complete Streets

Overview

The City of East Lansing has prepared a draft Complete Streets Policy based on national best practices.  The Greenway Collaborative, Inc. (who also worked with the City to prepare the Non-motorized Transportation Plan) will assist with engaging citizens in a discussion and refinement of the Complete Streets policy prior to brining the policy forward for a vote.

Survey

A short web survey was available to collect input from the public regarding the Draft Complete Streets Policy for the City of East Lansing. Thank you to everyone who took the web survey.

Public Meetings:

A public meeting was held on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at the Hannah Community Center.  During the meeting the draft policy was reviewed and participants were encouraged to give input.  Thank you to all who attended.
