Bicycle Facility Map Prototype & Feasibility Study

Overview

This project provides the basis for the Michigan Department of Transportation's (MDOT) decision on the most appropriate and cost effective way to supply bicycling maps to the cycling community.  The recommended solution came from a process that considered existing bicycle map programs, MDOT staff input, and input from a number of individuals with different perspectives on bicycling.  For the project, a prototype map, market estimate, and financial projections were developed.
