OVERVIEW

The project will provide a bicycle and pedestrian route made up of on-road and off-road facilities and includes a new multimodal bridge over the US-127 expressway.  The route will connect the City of Mt. Pleasant, Union Township, Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and Central Michigan University.
