State Street Area Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan

Overview

This plan addresses how to best accommodate bicycle and pedestrian traffic on Liberty Street and State Street in what is known as the State Street Business District.  The plan expanded upon the work completed for the Northeast Area Transportation Plan looking at how the concepts put forth in that study are best applied to the downtown area.
